Who We Are
Vicdania Health Services provides both skilled medical home healthcare and non-medical home healthcare services for older adults and pediatric patients in Kent, Sussex, and New Castle counties. Our team of trained caregivers and carefully screened to ensure the best qualifications as well as the safety and security of each patient. All our team members are screened from the nine different sources including abuse registries and the division of professional regulation registry. In addition, we conduct both state and federal criminal background checks, perform drug screening, and require service letters from previous employers.
We encourage all our clients and their family members to be involved in the selection of caregivers, as we utilize a care pairing process in which we work with the family to understand the unique skills and personality desired in a personal caregiver. Once the caregiver is chosen and we can assemble a care team, one of our nursing supervisors will conduct an initial home assessment that addresses any medical issues, personal needs, and desires, and the information collected will be used to formulate the most comprehensive plan of care possible. At Vicdania Home Health Services, we make sure that the caregiver is creating the right environment to ensure that our clients are satisfied and thriving.
